President

Nitin is the President and Chief Information Officer at 3SG Plus. He is a technology and business visionary with over 15 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of high-performing scalable technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He is responsible for providing global communications, computing and security infrastructure that enable efficient internal business operations at 3SG Plus.

Jim Mazotas
Founder & CTO

The founder of Intelligent ID, Jim is responsible for design, technology and strategy, including all aspects of product design and development. He is also the patent author for the Intelligent ID technology and is presently designing future applications and improvements for exclusive use within the Intelligent ID framework. Jim has extensive experience in developing new technical business strategies and solutions for many Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He was founder and CEO of Plannet—a leading provider of innovative security and networking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses, which was sold to CareWorks Technologies. Prior to Plannet, Jim held senior technical positions with Toyota, Lockheed Martin, Department of Defense and AT&T, where his contributions positioned the organizations for successful implementations of advanced technologies.

Jim has received several awards and honors, including the 2005 Columbus TopCAT (Top Contributors for Advanced Technology) Award for outstanding business and the 2003 Presidential and National Leadership Award from the Business Advisory Council.

Kumar Buvanendaran

Kumar is the President and CEO of the PRIME AE group. With a background in bridge design, and after spending time with several well-known engineering firms, Kumar focused his passion for engineering and solving client’s challenges by starting his own business. Guided by his leadership and passion for the industry, 3SG Plus has seen substantial growth and accolades from clients and professional associations.

As Principal Kumar prides himself on his ability to recruit top talent. He supports a work culture that centers on client satisfaction and employee retention.

Allison Finkelstein

Allison has more than two decades of executive level business experience with a variety of industrial manufacturing businesses. She was a senior executive for a $2.5 billion worldwide business unit of Eaton Corporation. As head of business development for that unit, she was responsible for all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Deal sizes ranged from small technology buys to a $1 billion acquisition. She also managed the strategic planning process for the unit. Before her time at Eaton, she worked at Bank of Boston where she focused on the transportation industry and structured a multimillion-dollar employee buyout of one of the portfolio companies.

In her most recent role, she was the Assistant Vice President, Investments for TechColumbus, managing a portfolio of thirteen pre-seed funds, including the Ohio TechAngel Fund, 114 portfolio companies and approximately $31 million in assets under management. In addition to this funds management experience, she has herself been an angel investor for over fifteen years, for both domestic and international start-ups. Serving as a Director of three privately held companies, Allison helped orchestrate a very lucrative exit for one twenty-five months after the initial angel round.

Allison holds a bachelor’s of science degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. In addition to consulting work with start-up companies, Allison is involved in a number of non-profit organizations in Central Ohio. In 2011, she was honored in the WELD (Women for Economic Leadership and Development) calendar of Twelve Women You Should Know in Central Ohio.

 

Jay Jayanthan
Chairman of the Board

Jay is the Executive Chairman and a co-founder of PRIME AE Group, Inc. He is a certified public accountant by profession and has been a founding member of several other successful companies in the United States.

Jay strongly believes in investing time and resources in people with demonstrated skills and talent. He has been involved in all major strategies related to 3SG Plus’s growth. He currently oversees the finance, human resources, and administration of the company.

 

 

Ranjan Manoranjan

Ranjan was appointed to the Ohio Casino Control Commission in 2011 by Ohio Governor John Kasich as the CPA representative on the commission. Noted for his community and charitable contributions, Ranjan currently serves on the World of Children Board of Governors, an organization comprised of 16 international business executives who contribute their executive skills to improving the lives of children worldwide.

Ranjan has also served on the Executive Board of the Ohio Society of CPAs and currently serves on the Ohio Society’s Political Action Committee. The Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority and Governmental Affairs Advisory Council are other organizations that have benefited from his active involvement.

Nanda Nair

Nanda, one of the co-founders of 3SG Plus leads sales and marketing. Nanda began his career in real estate development in California going on to become President of an alternative energy firm. When Nanda relocated to Ohio he started 3SG Plus (formerly known as 3SG). His vision propelled 3SG to be one of the fastest growing businesses in Central Ohio.

Nanda is an electrical engineer and holds a business degree from Franklin University. He is an avid runner and has completed over 10 marathons. He is passionate about improving community health.

 

 

Randy WilcoxRandy Wilcox

Randy founded SARCOM Corporation in 1983 which over the next 15 years became a leading provider of technology products and services to Fortune 500 companies. SARCOM grew to 26 locations and one billion in sales by 1999.   He sold the company to a private equity firm in the late 1990’s but continued to serve as the CEO for a couple of years and continues to serve on SARCOM’s board today.   He then went on to found SingleSource IT, an online startup   providing computer products to large companies.  SingleSource IT was also sold in late 2001.

In 2006, Randy along with several other central Ohio business people founded Insight Bank, a community bank based in Worthington, Ohio.   Mr. Wilcox, one of the two largest shareholders, served on the board and helped sell the bank to a larger bank in 2015.

He is presently a partner in Wilcox Communities and the owner of Quest Business Centers.  Quest Business Centers, which he founded, is currently the leading provider of business conference space in the Columbus area.  Wilcox Communities is a regional developer of active adult targeted condominiums and apartment communities in seven Midwestern states.
