Glen Kazerman joined Intelligent ID, as its CEO,  after over two decades of leading successful software and technology solution providers.  Glen has held a variety of executive roles, including CEO and board director in both public and private companies that serve the global marketplace.

Glen is a senior technology professional with experience in the area of company leadership and development, sales, marketing and business development, largely in technology and services industries. Glen has demonstrated success where performance resulted in successful initial public offerings and the sale and acquisition of several companies.  During his career he has partnered with leading Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms to build and direct successful SaaS based Global Solution Providers.

Previously, he was CEO of a SaaS Technology Provider that served the global telecommunications vertical, he was a founder of Broadmargin and served in executive roles at Bitfone, Bay Networks, Open Market, Banyan Systems and began his career as a member of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group.  Mr. Kazerman is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law and Public Policy as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in CPA Accounting.

 

Jim Mazotas

The founder of Intelligent ID, Jim is responsible for design, technology and strategy, including all aspects of product design and development. He is also the patent author for the Intelligent ID technology and is presently designing future applications and improvements for exclusive use within the Intelligent ID framework. Jim has extensive experience in developing new technical business strategies and solutions for many Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He was founder and CEO of Plannet—a leading provider of innovative security and networking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses, which was sold to CareWorks Technologies. Prior to Plannet, Jim held senior technical positions with Toyota, Lockheed Martin, Department of Defense and AT&T, where his contributions positioned the organizations for successful implementations of advanced technologies.

Jim has received several awards and honors, including the 2005 Columbus TopCAT (Top Contributors for Advanced Technology) Award for outstanding business and the 2003 Presidential and National Leadership Award from the Business Advisory Council.

 

Shawn Thompson

Mr. Thompson serves as Chief Operating Officer and is the Founder and Director of the Insider Threat Training Academy and Founder and President of the Insider Threat Management Group, LLC, which provide strategic cyber security and insider risk management advisory and training services to the private sector. He possesses over 15 years’ investigating, prosecuting, and managing insider threats and cyber intrusions and is widely sought-after for his unique expertise. He is a former federal prosecutor and senior government official who held executive positions with several agencies including the DOJ, FBI, DoD, and DNI. As a seasoned risk management professional, author, experienced prosecutor, credentialed Special Agent, and trained analyst, his cyber security acumen is second to none. He is a pioneer in the field of cyber security and insider risk management, serving as a frequent guest speaker and thought leader on a variety of security topics. Mr. Thompson serves as a trusted advisor for the highest levels of government as well as private sector C-suite and Board of Directors alike. He is a member of the Maryland Bar.

 

Win WorcesterWin Worcester
Vice President of Development

With over 20 years of experience in software architecture, design and implementation of cross-platform object-oriented systems, Win directs the development of the Intelligent ID system’s current and future architecture. He previously provided architecture and design expertise to Battelle Columbus Division and the United States Air Force, Armstrong Laboratory Wright-Patterson AFB Dayton, Ohio, Battelle Memorial Institute, Liebert an Emerson Company, Mettler Toledo and Northrup Grumman. He maintains a strong focus on the needs of the customer and the human interactions with applications. Win has constantly and consistently worked on the improvement of the software development process utilizing concepts of the Capability Maturity Model and the evolving Rapid Application Development paradigms.

Winthrop Worcester is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in computer aided-design.

Randy WilcoxRandy Wilcox

Randy founded SARCOM Corporation in 1983 which over the next 15 years became a leading provider of technology products and services to Fortune 500 companies. SARCOM grew to 26 locations and one billion in sales by 1999.   He sold the company to a private equity firm in the late 1990’s but continued to serve as the CEO for a couple of years and continues to serve on SARCOM’s board today.   He then went on to found SingleSource IT, an online startup   providing computer products to large companies.  SingleSource IT was also sold in late 2001.

In 2006, Randy along with several other central Ohio business people founded Insight Bank, a community bank based in Worthington, Ohio.   Mr. Wilcox, one of the two largest shareholders, served on the board and helped sell the bank to a larger bank in 2015.

He is presently a partner in Wilcox Communities and the owner of Quest Business Centers.  Quest Business Centers, which he founded, is currently the leading provider of business conference space in the Columbus area.  Wilcox Communities is a regional developer of active adult targeted condominiums and apartment communities in seven Midwestern states.

 

Larry Letow

Larry Letow

Larry has over 30 years of sales, operations and finance experience in the information technology industry. He is currently the CEO and President of Convergence Technology Consulting and is responsible for the vision and leadership of the organization.

Prior to joining Convergence Technology Consulting, Larry served as Sr. Vice President of Infinity Consulting Group, where he held overall responsibility for expanding the corporate business in the Southeast Region, including corporate operations and marketing. Larry also served as the Sr. Director of FutureLink Corporation, where he led the transformation from the commercial-focused business practice to the Federal market place. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President at United Information Systems and President of United Computer Systems.

Larry received his degree in Government and Politics and minors in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in 1983. He is the co-founder of the National Cyber Security Hall of Fame and is co-chair of the Board of Directors for CyberMaryland, CyberUSA and serves on the State of Maryland Cyber Task Force. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Governors Workforce Investment Board, GovConnects, Tech Council of Maryland and Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber, Board of Visitors for Towson University and is on the Board of Directors for the University Systems of Maryland Foundation.

 

Allison Finkelstein

Allison Finkelstein

Allison has more than two decades of executive level business experience with a variety of industrial manufacturing businesses. She was a senior executive for a $2.5 billion worldwide business unit of Eaton Corporation. As head of business development for that unit, she was responsible for all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Deal sizes ranged from small technology buys to a $1 billion acquisition. She also managed the strategic planning process for the unit. Before her time at Eaton, she worked at Bank of Boston where she focused on the transportation industry and structured a multimillion-dollar employee buyout of one of the portfolio companies.

In her most recent role, she was the Assistant Vice President, Investments for TechColumbus, managing a portfolio of thirteen pre-seed funds, including the Ohio TechAngel Fund, 114 portfolio companies and approximately $31 million in assets under management. In addition to this funds management experience, she has herself been an angel investor for over fifteen years, for both domestic and international start-ups. Serving as a Director of three privately held companies, Allison helped orchestrate a very lucrative exit for one twenty-five months after the initial angel round.

Allison holds a bachelor’s of science degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. In addition to consulting work with start-up companies, Allison is involved in a number of non-profit organizations in Central Ohio. In 2011, she was honored in the WELD (Women for Economic Leadership and Development) calendar of Twelve Women You Should Know in Central Ohio.

 

Jim Rutherford

Jim holds a BA in Economics from Denison University.  He has extensive experience in the information technology sector, as a software engineer, senior executive and investor.  Jim was the Co-founder of Goal Systems International, Inc., a computer system software company specializing in large-scale IBM system software. In 1992 the company was sold to Legent, Inc. Jim served as the COO from 1976-1987, CEO from 1987-1990 and Chairman from 1990-1992.

From 1994-2005 Jim served as a Director for CIBER, Inc., Denver, Colorado. Ciber is a NYSE listed information technology services company.  During this period, the company grew from about $50 million to nearly $1 billion in revenue.  Mr. Rutherford served as the audit committee chairman for seven years.

From 1996-2003 Jim served as a Director for Frontstep, Inc., Columbus, Ohio.  Frontstep was a NASDAQ listed manufacturing software company that was sold in 2003 to Mapics, Inc.

For the past twenty years, Jim has served as an investor and director of numerous small and startup companies in the information technology, financial services and medical technology sectors.

Jim serves as a trustee at Otterbein University of which he is Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.  He served as trustee at Nationwide Children’s Hospital from 2001 to 2010.  He served as a director of Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. from 2008 to 2013.  He is also a Trustee Emeritus of Case Western Reserve University, and has been a trustee of the Center of Science and Industry and The New Albany Foundation.
